PLEASE NOTE :
- Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping on and above the order value of INR 3500 is free.
- Shipping of INR 100 is chargeable on order value below 3500.
- An additional amount is chargeable for express shipping (INR 200).
- Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
- We have a no return and no exchange policy, as all orders are made-to-order
- We are not responsible for courier related delays, but will ensure it reaches you the quickest possible.
- There will be margins in all our pieces so that minor alterations are taken care of at your end once the product is delivered.
- We only take prepaid orders (UPI/ Bank Transfer/ Netbanking).
- COD is not available.
Steps for Size Customisation:
- For customisations, kindly share your measurements over the given WhatsApp number (9220347999), and our customer care will be respond within 24 hours.
- Custom orders will take minimum 10-15 days to get delivered.
- An additional cost of INR 500 will be charged for customisations.
- We offer minor length alterations (suits/ pants) at no additional cost if mailed while placing the order.
- We do not accept exchanges/returns as we are unable to repurpose the pieces, so please send the accurate measurements across.
Damages & Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos/videos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will have the product collected.
- If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can ONLY replace it for the same product/ provide a store credit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns and exchanges as they are made-to-order.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you have received the wrong item, we will replace it promptly.
All emails/DMs will be addressed within 24 hours of being received. To maintain a healthy work-life balance, our customer care team is not operational on weekends. We appreciate your understanding.
